Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow up to 2 - 8 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 8 business days to let you know your order is on the way! 

  • Wearable art will be placed in a soft mailer for posting. 
  • Artwork up to A4 size will be packaged and supported with a heavy card stock backing board. It will be sent in a rigid mailer to protect it from damage.
  • Prints larger than A4 will be carefully rolled and placed in a rigid tube for transporting.
  • Pantings will be wrapped in bubble wrap to protect the artwork and the artwork will be placed in a double thick cardboard box for transporting.

Orders on most occasions can be picked up daily. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within five kilometres of us. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 2 - 8 business days using Australia Post. Flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 applies to orders shipping to Australia. Express delivery is $14.95 (please email prior Sally@ladymohawk.com.au to ensure express delivery is available for your product). International Fee is $30.00, estimated transit time 6 - 27 business days.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $30 flat rate shipping to International

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lady Mohawk is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused, undamaged and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
