Refund policy
In the event your artwork, t-shirts or jewellery is damaged when received, please let us know immediately!
Contact us with a photograph and description of the damage and we’ll be happy to offer a refund or replacement.
Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, colours may appear different on different monitors and devices.
Repairs are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for more information.
Returns are eligible for refund within 7 days of receipt, and store credit or exchange within 14 days of receipt. All returns require pre-authorization via email and must be in original, unworn condition and properly packaged with tracking. Lady Mohawk cannot be liable for loss or damage in transit.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
